BrightPath is pleased to announce that it has teamed up with The Charter Group (a boutique investment banking firm based in Grand Rapids, MI) to complete a $5.0 million control-position investment in Grand River Aseptic Manufacturing ("GRAM"). Based in Grand Rapids, MI, GRAM serves the pharmaceutical industry as a contract manufacturer of small-run, high-value clinical trial material. GRAM manufactures parenteral (injectable) clinical trial drugs by producing aseptic (sterile) and lyophilized (freeze-dried) compounds.

Based in Lima, OH, AMS is a leading supplier of uniforms, accessories, and student kits to the career college market.
